SHELTON, Conn.-Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. announced today that it has signed an agreement with Printers' Service, Inc. (Prisco) to distribute certain Baldwin products to the commercial printing market in the United States and Canada.
Under the agreement, Prisco will initially distribute Baldwin's
IMPACT(R) Automatic Blanket Cleaning Systems to the retrofit market
for 26" and larger sheetfed presses and half size commercial web
Prisco is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of
pressroom supplies and equipment. Baldwin is looking forward to
utilizing Prisco's extensive distribution channel to penetrate markets
which Baldwin has not traditionally targeted. This agreement is
complementary to Prisco's line of products and supports their strategy
of supplying equipment and consumables to the graphic arts industry.
