Direct Connection Streamlines Print and Mail Production with Midnight MIS Software

Press release from the issuing company

La Verne, Calif. – Direct Connection, a print and mail services company announced that it has successfully implemented Midnight print MIS software and is gaining new efficiencies with several aspects of the system.

“From the beginning we knew we need a software platform that would grow with us and combine the printing and mailing aspects of our business into a single workflow, which had previously been managed by 3 separate software programs. We chose Midnight as our new software platform because it combined all aspects of our business into a single cloud-based interface ”, says John Hodgman, President/Owner of Direct Connection. “We have taken the time learn the different unique options of the system and are constantly striving to find new ways to increase efficiency.”

For its customers, Direct Connection anticipates a faster estimating, quicker invoice turn and better scheduling on jobs.
“John and his team did a remarkable job implementing the system to support their continued growth, realizing that software benefits would quickly take effect. This particular implementation also involved replacing their legacy Mail-Shop software application that was heavily used. I think that John’s personal involvement in championing the implementation was paramount to their quick transition. It’s been my experience that business owners who make investments to leverage new technology have a distinct advantage over those who do not”, said Chris Huber, President of Virtual Systems.
