Warren, the UK’s leading independent carton board, graphical board, and paper stockist, has announced that it is now the exclusive UK stockist and distributor for Mayr-Melnhof’s Accurate™ Freeze™ GR KIT 9-11, adding to its range of folding boxboard products, with immediate effect.

Manufactured by Mayr-Melnhof at its Eerbeek mill, Accurate Freeze GR KIT 9-11 is a fully coated, light back, hard sized, grease resistant folding boxboard, which is now available in a wider range of calipers and sizes. 

Accurate Freeze GR KIT 9-11 is ideal for packaging convenience foods, baked and breaded products, and other chilled/frozen foods with a high fat content. Offering high functionality and excellent machine performance during finishing and packing, Accurate Freeze GR KIT 9-11 has superb printing and converting performance. The product is also fully recyclable and bio-degradable and meets all international packaging guidelines and food regulations and is available both FSC® and PEFC™ certified.

The Eerbeek mill’s location in the Netherlands will also guarantee a consistent supply to Warren’s customers. 

At the Eerbeek mill, the environment has been an important priority and has been an integral part of the company's corporate culture and policy for many years. Together with environmental awareness across all areas of the production process, Mayr-Melnhof Karton has extended this to include the supply chain, including purchasing and logistics. 

A further endorsement of the mill’s high environmental credentials includes its accreditation to both Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) and PEFC™ chain of custody certification, ensuring that sustainable production processes are adhered to for its cartonboard products. 

Commenting on the addition of Accurate Freeze GR KIT 9-11 to its folding boxboard products, Warren’s Managing Director, Kieran Ferguson, stated, “We have seen a consistent increase in demand for a high quality barrier board and given our proven track record with MM Eerbeek products, we knew immediately Accurate Freeze was the right product for us. Warren has Accurate Freeze GR KIT 9-11 available in a wide range of sizes, from calipers – 400 mic/245 gsm, 460 mic/275 gsm, 490 mic/290 gsm, and in both multiple long and short grain sizes in each.
