CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA - Nordis Technologies Inc. announced today it is expanding its relationship with National Hospitality Group, which operates 71 resorts throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean. One of the largest managers and developers of North American vacation ownership properties, NHG is comprised of three resort brands: Capital Resorts Group, Defender Resorts and SPM Resorts.
All three brands will now be using Nordis’ customer communications management software and services to create and deliver annual maintenance statements and/or marketing information to 200,000 vacation owners. Nordis’ cloud-based Expresso CCM software lets NHG create, manage and execute customized digital and mailed owner communications. Nordis also provides print/mail and digital production services for a complete end-to-end communications solution.
