Jessica Stroup Named Customer Service Manager at Fry Comminications

Mechanicsburg, PA – Michael T. Lukas, CEO, is pleased to announce that Jessica Stroup has been named Customer Service Manager of Fry Communications. Stroup was named Acting Manager in March of this year, and now through her performance has been appointed to the position. She joined Fry in 2003 with a strong background in communications and business systems and has held previous positions in Advanced Technical Services and Customer Service.
“Jessica was chosen from a strong group of candidates. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and her clear vision for the future are a perfect fit for Fry’s customer first philosophy,” said Lukas.
