Edison Press, providing unmatched printing, wide-format, mailing and fulfillment capabilities, announces their acquisition of Lincoln Press. 

SANFORD, ME - Edison Press announced the acquisition of Lincoln Press, expanding printing, wide- format press, mailing and fulfillment capabilities, and adding tremendous value for employees and customers. The combined companies will operate as Edison Press.

Our acquisition of Lincoln Press and its client base will expand our print-production capabilities, and help solidify Edison as the largest commercial printer in Sanford and Southern Maine,” stated Joe Rosenfield, President of Edison Press

Jay Van Tassel of Lincoln Press indicated that, "We celebrate a new milestone as we formally join the Edison family. Our alignment with Edison Press will create tremendous value for our companies, our employees, and loyal customers. Together, we will draw on our decades of experience to push the company forward with technology, innovation and experience.”

Rosenfield concluded, that, “We will work with our management team for a smooth transition to a single company. Our employees have been the backbone of our success, and we're excited to add the talent, experience and capabilities of Lincoln Press to the Edison team."

The firms will merge business operations in the coming weeks, with the combined company operating under the Edison Press brand. The offices will remain in Sanford at Edison headquarters.
