GPA Prepares Engaging Experience for SGIA Expo 2017 Attendees

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, Ill. – GPA, the market leader in substrate solutions for offset, digital and wide format printing, prepares to invigorate market leaders and innovators at the 2017 SGIA Expo, taking place October 10-12 in New Orleans. As part of their ongoing commitment to the wide format market, GPA will demonstrate its diverse mix of unique products along with knowledgeable experts at their booth #1062.

During the show, attendees will have the chance to view several products for the first time and learn more about high-margin print opportunities. Having made a big impact at their PRINT 17 debut, GPA’s Metalized Styrene Boards will turn heads at the SGIA Expo with their lustrous appearance and lightweight rigidity. Created with a thin metal layer and thick styrene base, these 40 mil sheets are used for luxury signage and point-of-purchase displays without the added weight of actual metal, and are available in five colors and finishes. Visitors will also be able to view and touch samples of GPA’s 15 Mil Wood Veneer Boards, offered in birch and cherry colors in 40" x 75' rolls, which can provide printed products with a rustic, vintage or authentic feel.

Rounding out GPA’s newest products are MagX™ Magnetic Media and Bantex®Banner Media. GPA offers MagX™ in two different systems – MagX™ Printable Magnetic Sheeting and MagX™ Magnetic Receptive Sheeting, allowing customers to select the perfect option for creating menu boards, murals, retail environment graphics and more. Attendees seeking a premium banner material will appreciate GPA’s offering of Bantex® Banner Media. Known for its superior ease of feeding, print quality, and strength, Bantex® can be turned into one- and two-sided banners, banner stands, retractable banners, and free-hanging banners.

During SGIA Expo, GPA will also introduce its Wide Format Catalog, a compilation of nearly 120 substrates designed specifically for wide format roll and flatbed presses. Spanning a range of papers, styrene boards, banner materials, fabrics, magnets, specialty materials like AlumiGraphics® GRIP and SMOOTH, and Concept® Series media, this catalog gives individuals in the graphic arts industry a new one-stop resource that empowers them to create virtually limitless applications.

“Show attendees looking to start 2018 with an arsenal of innovative products should make booth #1062 one of their priority stops for new options and ideas to offer their customers,” stated Matt Buckley, GPA’s Business Development Director for the Wide Format Market. “With the increased range of products now available for wide format printing professionals, the ability to dynamically cater to the latest market trends is critical to business success. After speaking with GPA’s knowledgeable and passionate experts, conference attendees can expect to walk away reenergized and ready to take on exciting new opportunities in the coming year.”
