Scitex Digital Printing Names Eli Lubitch VP of Corporate Development

DAYTON, Ohio, May 9 -- Scitex Digital Printing has announced the appointment of Eli Lubitch to the position of vice president of corporate development. In this newly created position, Lubitch will be responsible for broadening the business base of the company by identifying and developing strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
Commenting on the new position, Nachum "Homi" Shamir, president and chief executive officer of Scitex Digital Printing, emphasized the importance of this position in furthering the company's business objectives. "Mr. Lubitch's appointment is consistent with our business strategy to drive our printing technology into the main stream of the digital printing industry. Lubitch joined Scitex Digital Printing last year as director of development. Prior to joining the company, he held various positions with Scitex Corporation Ltd, parent company of Scitex Digital Printing, including director of business development and R&D product manager.
Lubitch has an MBA with an emphasis on technology management from Technion Israel Institute of Technology as well as a master's degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
