Cirqit and Ariba Join to Extend Enterprise Spend Management Benefits

(Nasdaq: ARBA) to extend the benefits of Enterprise Spend Management to joint customers and partners. Through participation in the Ariba Solution Development Alliance Program, Cirqit and Ariba are working together to create complementary extensions and interoperability between Cirqit's Order-It and Price-It technologies and Ariba Spend Management solutions.
Joint customers and partners of Cirqit and Ariba can now benefit from out-of-the-box integration between Ariba Spend Management solutions and Cirqit's print eProcurement and Supply Chain Management solutions for improved enterprise-wide spend control, increased efficiencies, and reduced costs. The Ariba Solution Development Alliance Program offers new capabilities, knowledge, tools and value-added services to support participants in developing complementary technology and building third-party applications and services integration to Ariba solutions.
Cirqit's software offers web-enabled collaboration with suppliers, controlled sourcing, and the ability to exchange data with horizontal procurement solutions like Ariba Buyer. Cirqit's applications uniquely automate pricing; provide quotes in real-time, and build historical data to drive hard and soft cost savings. Cirqit offers consulting services to identify internal buying behaviors, quantify savings opportunities, standardize procurement processes, optimize supply chains, and provide competitive benchmarking.
