Exstream Software Hosting First Annual Dialogue User Conference

Over 100 Dialogue users from around the world, representing a variety of industries, including financial services, banking, insurance, service bureau, telecommunications and commercial printing, plan to attend. The keynote presentation will be conducted by James Lundy, research director for Gartner, the unrivaled leader in providing strategic consulting services to companies around the world. A noted expert on e-learning, distributed output, integrated document archive and retrieval systems and enterprise publishing, Mr. Lundy will discuss the future of enterprise personalization, including multi-channel delivery and interactive publishing. Additionally, users from Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments, Unitrin Direct Insurance, Marsh Affinity Group, Moore Business Communication Services, Applied Printing Technologies, and Art Plus Technology will present best practices and share their experiences on how to get the most out of Dialogue.
