Over 100 Dialogue users from around the world, representing a variety of industries, including financial services, banking, insurance, service bureau, telecommunications and commercial printing, plan to attend. The keynote presentation will be conducted by James Lundy, research director for Gartner, the unrivaled leader in providing strategic consulting services to companies around the world. A noted expert on e-learning, distributed output, integrated document archive and retrieval systems and enterprise publishing, Mr. Lundy will discuss the future of enterprise personalization, including multi-channel delivery and interactive publishing.
