The award was presented on May 10, 2002 at the monthly chamber luncheon. This prestigious honor is presented annually to an outstanding business that contributes above and beyond to the community, demonstrates superior business performance and unique approaches to business. The Ink Well was selected for it’s contribution to the various non-profit organizations including the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, School Districts 200 and 204, the Community Career Center in Naperville, The DuPage County Workforce Investment Board, youth sports in Naperville and other community service. The Ink Well was also cited for its ongoing commitment to employees and its continuous effort to give back to the community in addition to significant business growth over the past 7 years.
