DALLAS, April 25 -- Kinko's, Inc. today announced the results of its annual "U.S. Branch of the Year" competition, which ranks the company's best locations based on superior performance in customer service, sales growth and profitability.
In all, Kinko's recognized 25 top locations hailing from 14 states with the top branch receiving a free trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla.
This year's top store is known as Kinko's San Antonio Nacogdoches branch and is located at 1275 NE Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas. While the regular team is away this weekend, customers will find a different set of smiling faces helping them with their document needs. Kinko's top executives will take over for the branch team the morning of Friday, April 26, and other team members from the area will lend their support throughout the weekend.
"Every year, Kinko's recognizes our top 25 locations with an award and a trip for the number one branch. I'm happy to continue that tradition by joining other executives and filling in for our top team in San Antonio," said Gary Kusin, Kinko's president and chief executive officer. "This group is truly the best of the best -- an impressive feat within Kinko's network of more than 20,000 team members and 1,100 locations."
Executives staffing the San Antonio Nacogdoches location in the company's trademark blue aprons will include members of the company's new Dallas headquarters as well as regional management.
