Will Showcase Omnichannel and Customer Communications Expertise
Durham, N.C. – Bell and Howell will be presenting its latest solutions for customer communications at Xploration 17, March 28-30 in Orlando, Florida. Xploration 17, presented by Xplor International, features over 60 educational sessions and will provide information, best practices and insight into the changes in customer communications, why they are important, and what companies need to know in order to remain competitive today and into the future.
In addition to having industry experts on hand in Booth 118 at the Vendor Forum, Bell and Howell will be showcasing its omnichannel communication services that provide central management for the distribution and design of customer communications across a wide variety of channels.
Bell and Howell Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Group Mike Lambert will be participating in two sessions at Xploration 17. On Tuesday, March 28, at 3 p.m., he will present a session titled “The Idiot's Guide to Transitioning Multichannel to Omnichannel Communications.” On March 29 at 2 p.m., Lambert will participate in a panel discussion titled “Does Channel Preference Drive Results?”
