Press release from the issuing company

With the goal of providing a higher level of support to its Flexographic Products business, Flint Group is reorganizing its Flexographic Products sales force with the following organizational changes.

Bob Adler has been promoted to Director of Sales North America for the rotec® sleeves and adapters business of the Flexographic Products division.  As the Division realigns its sales coverage, Bob will lead the newly-formed rotec® Sleeve and Adapter sales group.

Bob started working with the rotec® division of Day International in 1999, and has held various sales and product management positions, prior to becoming Director of Sales.  Before joining rotec®/Flint Group, he held various marketing and production positions within the flexible packaging industry and has established numerous contacts throughout.  Bob holds a B.S. and an M.S. degree in chemical engineering from Clemson University and has brought application and product strength to the Flexographic Products division.

Along with the Flexographic Products reorganization, Flint Group hired Joe Czaplewski as Territory Manager for the rotec® sleeves and adapter business to cover the upper Midwest of the United States.   Joe has 25 years of printing and converting experience ranging from web offset to flexographic printing and converting, 10 years of manufacturing experience in various printing positions including management, and 16 years of sales experience with PCMC and Quad Graphics.

In addition, Dominic Barnes, an experienced printing industry professional, joined Flint Group Flexographic Products as Territory Manager for the Western United States.  As Territory Manager, Dominic will provide rotec® sleeve and adapter consultative solutions for Flexographic Products’ printing customers.

Before joining Flint Group, Dominic spent over 19 years providing sales solutions in the printing, extrusion, and converting industries. His diverse background of the full packaging workflow, allows for an excellent consultative sales approach with an exemplary track record for increasing sales revenue for both large and small companies. Dominic is an active member of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) and the Western Plastics Association (WPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Murray State University.

To round out the new group, Wes Johnson will continue as Territory Manager representing the rotec® sleeve and adapters business handling the Southeastern United States.  Wes has been with Flint Group for five years and has contributed to the success and growth in sales of both sleeves and printing plate products.
