Press release from the issuing company

With Tight Turnaround via State-of-the-art Dividella NeoTOPx, Cartons Useful for Human Factor Studies, Clinical Trials, Sampling & Prototyping

Camden, NJ – Rondo-Pak, a leading provider of quality folding cartons and printed components to the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer industries, will showcase its quick branded sampling capabilities – designed to meet a variety of short-term customer needs – at INTERPHEX NYC Booth #3007, March 21-23.  The new service comes in the wake of the company’s new headquarters in Camden, NJ and, through utilization of a premium Dividella NeoTOPx Cartoner, exemplifies the customer benefits of Rondo-Pak’s collaboration with affiliates in its Körber Medipak Systems network.

Rondo-Pak executives and engineers will showcase a variety of fully assembled and branded, market-ready cartons that can be quickly assembled and delivered to customers for jobs of any size: low, medium or high-volume.  The quick-to-market cartons can fulfill a variety of short-term needs, whether for human factor studies, clinical trials, sampling or prototyping.  Additional advantages include increased production flexibility and the potential for reduced labor costs, as no hand-folding is required upon the cartons’ arrival.

As part of the Körber Medipak Systems network of companies, Rondo-Pak has the competitive advantage of decades of know-how in the production of pharmaceutical packaging material and modern machine construction.  The expedient production of these market-ready cartons exemplifies the type of customized packaging solutions – combining high degrees of functionality and cost effectiveness – that the company’s experienced packaging engineers can develop.

Rondo Pak’s fully assembled and branded market-ready cartons are produced on the Dividella NeoTOPx High-speed Top-load Cartoning System with product insertion.  The machine’s modular construction offers maximum flexibility for the secondary packaging of blisters, ampoules, vials, syringes, injectors and similar products.  Additionally, it enables configuration to customer-specific requirements, allowing it to handle lots varying in size from small clinical trial runs to full market launch.

“Rondo-Pak’s wide network enables us to successfully integrate materials, machinery, and software that address the comprehensive packaging supply chain needs of our customers,” said Victor Dixon, President & COO of Rondo-Pak.  “We look forward to showcasing this, as well as our full portfolio of products, at this year’s INTERPHEX show.”
