Valued team addition will augment leading UK supplier’s dynamic growth
Highly experienced in the UK’s wide-format printing industry specialising in sales and support, Sue Hayward has joined CMYUK as Senior Digital Sales Consultant. She has made the move from Granthams to join the expanding Shrewsbury and Woodley based leading independent supplier, and took up her new role on 13 February.
Hayward (better known to many as Sue Wright) spent more than 22 years with Granthams where she concentrated on technical sales primarily on Mimaki, Graphtec and Hewlett-Packard printers, plus related consumables as they evolved to meet expanding market applications. Her experience in the wide-format digital print and sign-making industries has made her an ideal addition to CMYUK’s team of specialist sales consultants, and she will concentrate on new and existing customers with their current and future requirements.
“The chance to work with CMYUK, acknowledged as the leading independent supplier to the graphics’ industry and new emerging markets was too good an opportunity to miss, and I welcome the challenge of being part of an innovative team and bringing my experience to the company,” states Hayward. “My extensive experience gleaned over the years will enable me to dovetail my knowledge in with CMYUK’s existing sales teams. This is becoming increasingly important as customers are looking to diversify with innovative applications but need to know that they are selecting the right equipment and ink formulation to achieve what they want.”
“We’re delighted that Sue has agreed to join us and help to augment our technical sales team that covers the whole country,” adds Robin East, Group Director of CMYUK. “The wide-format digital market is constantly evolving into new areas as the industry develops more innovative applications that extend beyond straightforward graphic displays. Helping customers acknowledge the versatility of their investments and how they can create ‘out of the box’ creativity needs team members who have long-standing experience and understand the potential of what today’s equipment can achieve. For CMYUK, Sue couldn’t have joined us at a better time as we continue on our planned growth path.”
