This family run company positioned itself as a full service provider offering niche personalised multi channel mailings and security papers for the largest retailers, insurance, banks and credit companies.
To keep pace with a changing and more demanding markets, the company has recommitted to offering their multiple added value services in the mailing industry and at the same time reshaping their boundaries by breaking into the ecommerce market with world class 3PL services. Starting April this year, the newly founded division will start fulfilling on-line orders for many local retailers with CMC CartonWrap technology.

CMC CartonWrap will process 1000 boxes an hour, print and attach a shipping invoice and label the finished box. The machine will be able to address and handle packs in any language and automatically sort boxes to 7 different couriers. The new algorithm developed by Agan for courier choice will allow Agan to guarantee retailers the best shipping rate and shortest delivery times even in the most rural zones of the country. The whole process will be driven and monitored by the brand new Agan's CIS using data interface protocol. In addition, the new Agan's CIS will handle the customers interface and will allow the operators to control the process using an in house GUI.
CMC’s developed and proprietary PackVertizing technology will add 1:1 branding and marketing messages to each box using a unique full colour ink-jet technology and resizing images according to the box size.
Agan will devote a dedicated marketing team to CMC PackVertizing, to help retailers develop targeted marketing promotions to leverage their brand recognition with a people-based approach.
