Komori America Realigns Service Organization

Rolling Meadows, IL - Komori America Corporation announced today that effective immediately, it has reorganized its US service organization to provide greater levels of customer satisfaction. The service administration functions will be centralized in its Rolling Meadows, IL headquarters. Komori America President and COO Kosh Miyao states, "We are continually looking at ways we can enhance customer service. By centralizing the administrative responsibilities, we will provide our service coordinators with on-site access to our staff engineers and technicians that will allow us to speed response times, which is critical to our customers' success."

While the administrative functions will be centralized, service management and service technicians will continue to be based regionally. "This change will be transparent to our customers. What they will experience is a higher level of service and satisfaction," says Hirofumi Hoshino, Vice-President of Service for Komori America. "The ability to know at a glance on a national level where our resources are deployed and which resources are available will help us ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time."
