DATAMATX Selected By Large State Entity to Manage and Distribute Critical Business Customer Communications

Press release from the issuing company

The Atlanta-based company wins contract based on its ability to meet tight security requirements

ATLANTA, Ga - DATAMATX, a national outsourcing provider and leader in the management and distribution of critical business communications and payment services, announced today it has been chosen by a large state entity to produce and manage a number of critical business applications it distributes to constituents.

Participating in a competitive selection process that was complex, extremely detailed and in-depth, DATAMATX was awarded the contract from over 20 competitive companies vying for the business due to its ability to provide document processes that exercise the highest level of security controls available.

The company’s security certifications include the USPS Full Service Platinum Certification, the highest level of certification from the USPS, PCI-DSS 3.2 compliance and the stringent SSAE16 and SOC 2.  These certifications ensure document production processes that encompass multiple security checkpoints, measures and procedures that prevent errors and manage the privacy issues critical for regulated clients.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to work on this important project and bring additional value through our extensive document automation and workflow framework,” said Scott Stephens, COO of DATAMATX. “We recognize the internal work we have done over the years to secure and maintain these rigorous certifications were a major factor in the selection. For that, I want to thank our entire DATAMATX team for continuing to work hard every day to assure our customers that we are committed to meeting the stringent requirements that should be expected from a trusted service provider.”
