Idealliance advisory group assists LabelPrint in finding buyer
to support the company’s successful growth strategies.
Alexandria, Va. - Idealliance, a communications industry association representing all facets of the global omnichannel media value chain, has announced that Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, Arlington, Texas, has purchased LabelPrint America of Newburyport, Mass. The Idealliance Ideadvisors business advisory group was retained by LabelPrint to help it find a buyer that would support its successful growth strategies.
Tony Yemma, LabelPrint America’s Owner and Chief Executive Officer, will join Inovar as a sales consultant. LabelPrint America’s President, Robin Hamilton, will serve as a member of Inovar’s management team as a Vice President and the General Manager of LabelPrint America. The LabelPrint America division of Inovar will continue to operate from the Newburyport location.
