GAM Graphics and Marketing, Heeter, MGX Copy and VISOgraphic Inc. Strengthen Relationships, Continue Success with Ricoh

Since last year’s Graph Expo, these customers have extended trust in Ricoh to help them exceed customer demand

ORLANDO (GRAPH EXPO 16, Booth #2035) – Ricoh USA, Inc. today announced four customers who have expanded their relationships with Ricoh since GRAPH EXPO 15, driven by Ricoh’s strong commitment to help them reach their business goals. GAM Graphics and Marketing, Heeter, MGX Copy and VISOgraphic Inc. have made significant strides since announcing their successes with Ricoh – so much so that each customer has added RICOH Pro C9100 series platforms to its operation. These established businesses sought to implement reliable technology in the 301,000 to 999,000 duty cycle range and ultimately decided on Ricoh’s proven solutions in this segment thanks to the platforms’ long-sheet, high-volume and high-speed capabilities.

“Ricoh’s commitment to my business is evident each and every day,” said Nathaniel Grant, President, GAM Graphics and Marketing, who added a five-color RICOH Pro C7110X series platform to his shop last year. “Thanks to this level of trust, I’ve invested more in equipment and software through Ricoh – including a new RICOH Pro C9110 and an additional RICOH Pro C7110x digital press, finishing equipment and color management solutions. This centralized approach has allowed us to streamline from job acceptance to production right on through finishing and delivery. It’s incredible how Ricoh has helped grow our capabilities, from adding five-color options to workhorse high-volume presses, and it’s been received very well by our clients.”

Ricoh is the partner we can trust to roll up their sleeves and work with us to exceed those our valued customers’ expectations.”
