Prinova Highlights Benefits of Messagepoint Production Partner Program at GRAPH EXPO 2016

Press release from the issuing company

Toronto, ON – Prinova Corp., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, today announced it will be highlighting its popular Messagepoint® Production Partner Program at GRAPH EXPO, September 25-28, 2016 in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center-North in booth 2390.  The program is tailored specifically to print, marketing and application service providers, as well as business process outsourcers.

Under Prinova's Production Partner program, service providers can resell Messagepoint directly to their customers to allow self-service content and business rule management as well as robust real-time proofing. Additionally, it can be offered as a managed service on behalf of their clients while providing integrated workflow and approvals. Messagepoint is a full multi-tenant solution—service providers can manage client instances and users with easy-to-use service provider administration, and clients will always have the peace of mind of full database segregation.

The MP Production Partner Program provides two options:

  • The Downstream Customer model allows for the self-management of content and rules as well as 100% real-time proofing
  • The Managed Services model allows partner teams to manage content on behalf of their clients while enabling proofing and approvals from the customer

The program provides pricing options for service providers of all sizes with models built to meet their specific needs.

Prinova Corp’s Messagepoint is a powerful hybrid cloud-based content management platform that enables service providers to meet the customer communications management needs of enterprise customers. It provides an intuitive, secure environment for business users to own and control touchpoint messaging content and business rules driving the pace of change for customer-facing print and digital communications.

“This powerful platform gives their clients the freedom to quickly create, edit, modify and test content and messages to be used in their customer communications,” says Jamie Harris, VP of global MP production partners.  “I am looking forward to showing visitors at our booth the many benefits of this program, ranging from improving time to market to creating a new revenue stream to boosting customer satisfaction significantly.”
