Infigo Software Acquires Netkandi Limited

Press release from the issuing company

Infigo Software can now boast the complete offering of web-to-print and marketing engagement products and services to its clients having recently acquired Digital Marketing company, Netkandi Limited. The UK based software house prides itself on developing the most dynamic e-commerce solutions across the printing, marketing, educational, franchise, labelling, packaging, in-plant and CRD sectors.

The exciting and innovative world of Infigo Software has seen the development of industry leading web-to-print, personalisation and engagement software change the way businesses offer their products to the consumer over the last 6 years. This latest acquisition now offers a complete package like no other in the marketplace, which will give client businesses a competitive edge with both the e-commerce platform and creative content.

Infigo, who are accredited as an HP SmartStream partner, can now offer both future and existing clients the complete end-to-end package from the creation of beautiful storefronts through to a suite of digital marketing services.

Christopher Minn, Netkandi said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to offer the Infigo Software client base dedicated and focussed e-commerce and digital Marketing strategies while providing our loyal Netkandi clients an even more all-encompassing package with a one-stop digital shop! The innovative software development that is undertaken on a daily basis at Infigo will allow us to offer bigger, better and secure web solutions in any market sectors.”

Douglas Gibson, Infigo Software said: “This game-changing acquisition shows our commitment and dedication to delivering solutions for clients that give them greater competitive advantage and speed to market."

On why he chose to expand the company in this direction, Douglas explained, "On occasion, I've seen clients faced with the challenge of successfully delivering an innovative product, via the most engaging storefront, but their sales are slow to materialise because they don't have the right resources to drive traffic to their site. So I set about looking for a way to bridge that gap and was impressed with the drive, experience and quality of creative output from Netkandi. We'd been working with Netkandi as our retained agency for a number of years and their values are very much aligned with ours, so I took the unusual step of approaching them to join the Infigo Software family. We were delighted when they saw the potential this union would deliver for both of our client bases. We'll now be able to offer clients, whatever their business, everything they need to get their ideas to market and customers to their door.”
