35 apprentices from Mohn Media, one of manroland web systems largest customers visited the production site on 24. August 2016 in Augsburg and were able to gain a comprehensive insight into the work processes at the market leader in web fed printing presses.

After listening to a short company presentation, the 35 young visitors and their trainers received detailed information on the topics of web offset printing and digital Inline Finishing Systems, which are the core competences of manroland web systems. This information is also, of course, training material for the future employees of Mohn Media. Finally the apprentices got the chance to experience how the systems, which they use at Mohn Media in their Gütersloh location are produced, as part of a guided tour through the shop floors.

Mohn Media is worldwide one of the largest customers of manroland web systems in the commercial printing sector. The company is currently printing on two High Volume 96 page LITHOMAN S systems and a third has already been ordered which is being produced in Augsburg at the moment.
