Chili Publish to Highlight Asian Connection at K-Print Korea

Press release from the issuing company

Erembodegem, Belgium – As part of the company’s growth and success in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market, CHILI publish (www.chili-publish.com) today announces the company will exhibiting at the upcoming K-Print Week, taking place August 31 – September 3, 2016 at KINTEX, the Korea International Exhibition Center in Goyang, Korea. K-Print Week is the biennial tradeshow of the Korean Print Industry, bringing together leading providers of printing machinery, labeling, packaging and digital print solutions. From booth number K152, CHILI publish will highlight their growth in the APAC region, and will demonstrate new functionality in CHILI publisher 5.0, including that new support for Asian languages.

“Earlier this year, CHILI Publish enlarged their presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market by establishing an office in Asia and recruiting a team of experienced sales and distribution partners from the region. After setting this foundation, we then introduced support for Asian languages in the most recent update of our signature technology, the CHILI publisher online editing solution. With these significant accomplishments behind us, we come to K-Print in a strong position to bring the power of CHILI publish to more printers, brand owners, advertisers and marketers in Asia. With the first Korean customers on board, the future looks promising for us and we look forward to further demonstrating how our solution can enhance the way their products are customized, produced and distributed in the APAC market,” says Kevin Goeminne, CEO of CHILI publish.

Transforming the online editing experience in Asia

Companies around the world use the CHILI publisher online editor to make their digital publishing processes easier, efficient and more intuitive. This scalable solution is easy to use, yet provides marketers with a powerful way to control their documents – and their brand.

CHILI publish 5.0 now brings these benefits to the APAC market by including support of Asian languages for direct creation and editing in CHILI publisher. In this release, Chinese, Korean and Indonesian are supported, with more languages to follow. Output of these documents to PDF and InDesign Mark-Up Language (IDML) is also supported.

This release also includes a completely updated user experience that matches with the way people work today. Users are routinely working from devices and locations of their choice. CHILI publisher 5.0 keeps pace with this trend, and pays a lot of attention and care to optimizing the online editing environment.

This new UX accommodates the wide range of applications in which users choose to edit – on their phones, tablets or computers. Whether the user is editing on a small or large screen, using a mouse or touch - or even a combination of these - CHILI publisher dynamically adapts the workspace to give the user the best possible experience.

Moreover, the open architecture of CHILI publisher means that it can be integrated into any e-commerce solution. This easy integration, combined with robust features like 3D viewing and an intuitive user interface, dramatically expands the types of experiences printers, marketer, and brand owners in Asia can offer their end-user consumers, while opening up new financial benefits.

This new language capability, software functionality, and geographic expansion of the company means CHILI publish can offer companies in the APAC region the solutions they need to transform how documents and other materials are created and managed.
