June 12, 2002 -- Oak Creek, Wisconsin: Northwest Coatings is pleased to announce that they have recently hired Kathy Adam as the company’s controller, a newly created position required due to the company’s continued growth. Kathy is an experienced controller who has previously worked in an organization similar in size to Northwest and who has also worked for a top-five accounting firm. Kathy will be responsible for the company’s financial/ accounting functions, as well as other related administrative areas. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin - Whitewater where she received her BBA in Accounting. Also, Northwest Coatings is pleased to announce the promotion of Sharon Hoefert to the position of Customer Service Manager. Sharon has been successfully coordinating the customer service department for the past five years. Her promotion to a manager not only reflects her capabilities to continue leading this department but also acknowledges the "award winning" recognition the company has received in recent years for its outstanding customer service. Prior to moving into customer service, Sharon was a member of the company’s technical staff. She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, where she received her BS in Education. Northwest Coatings manufactures UV/EB curable and water base coatings and adhesives for the printing and converting markets, as well as other industrial applications.
