Allied PhotoChemical & Nor-Cote Announce Exclusive Distribution Agreement

June 11, 2002 -- Allied PhotoChemical, Inc. (Kimball, MI) and Nor-Cote International, Inc.(Crawfordsville, IN) are pleased to announce an Exclusive North American Distribution Agreement for Nor-Cote to market and sell Allied’s patented 100% Ultraviolet light (UV) curable solids Electronic Ink products effective June 1, 2002.
The product lines include UV free radical cure conductive silver, dielectric, phosphor and transparent conductive inks for membrane switches, electroluminescence lamps, and EMI/RFI Shielding applications. The combination of Allied PhotoChemical’s research, development, and application expertise coupled with Nor-Cote’s marketing, sales, and distribution network is thought to offer customers the ultimate UV solutions for these applications.
Allied PhotoChemical, Inc. and Nor-Cote (UK) Ltd. (Hampshire, England) also established a similar Exclusive European Distribution Agreement earlier this year. This relationship has proved quite successful in introducing and implementing this high growth, environmentally friendly technology to all targeted market areas.
