Augusta Label ads shrink sleeve machinery

Press release from the issuing company

Burr Ridge, Illinois In response to the evolution of craft brewing and a market demand for alternative packaging trends in the Midwest wine markets, Augusta Label & Printing is pleased to announce the installation of automatic shrink sleeve machinery.

Companies worldwide are growing sales through the use of 360-degree marketing using evolving shrink sleeve technology.  With the craft beer market progressing primarily from bottles to more economical, recyclable and cooler-friendly cans, shrink sleeves produce a cleaner look than traditional pressure sensitive labels.

The applicator, combined with the 3 Axis Steam tunnel system will sleeve and shrink more than 50, 12-ounce cans per minute.  The company stocks Rexam 12- and 16-ounce bullets and growlers.  In addition, this applicator can sleeve 750 ml aluminum wine bottles with screw tops directed at local Midwest wineries.  These bottles are also in stock and available for immediate delivery.
