Pixartprinting sets a challenge on Zooppa

Prize on offer for the best idea to give the firm's logo a makeover

Quarto d’Altino, VE - Pixartprintinghas landed on Zooppa.com, the global social network for creative talent, with a project entitled 'Pixartprinting Needs a Thrill - The Ultimate Logo Contest'. Seeking an electrifying experience, the Venice-based W2P company is turning to creative crowdsourcing for the first time with a contest open until September 1st 2016. "Since 1994 we have acted as a high-tech printing partner for thousands of customers who trust our online shop for their work. Over 8000 graphic design projects are uploaded to our platform every day, to be printed on various materials and delivered all over Europe, and now to the United States too", commented Andrea Pizzola, Sales & Marketing Director at Pixartprinting.“We not only provide high quality printed items but also, through our marketing activities, provide a constant source of inspiration for our community of users. This time, the enormous network of graphic designers and creative minds who for years have chosen our company as a partner are taking centre stage and becoming involved in one of our projects: creating a new concept for the evolution of our logo".

The aim of the contest is to find original and innovative ideas around which to build a new logo that is both contemporary and able to express the company's distinctive features, its constant growth and its propensity for innovation and evolution. The winning idea will be used by Pixartprinting as the basis for creating the new design.

Participants are invited to use the company's website as a source of inspiration, where they can find all the information they need on the firm's positioning and vision. However, the brief is very clear: do not allow yourself to be conditioned by the existing image, and allow your creativity free reign. A definitive design is not necessarily required: a draft will also be accepted, as long as it contains enough ideas and graphical materials to prove its creative potential.

The competition is open to all European and American graphic designers and creatives who register on the Zooppa.com website. The dedicated page created by the firm can be found at the following link: https://www.pixartprinting.co.uk/pix4contest/logo/. The deadline for uploading an entry is September 1st 2016. Pixartprinting will choose the competing design that best matches its values, awarding the winner a gross total payment of €5000, along with the chance to be involved in the development of the project. Pixartprinting will also reward the hard work of all participants with a 50% discount voucher to use on their next order in the online shop.
