Karat Appoints David Bartram Director of Marketing

Fairfield, NJ; - David K. Bartram has been named Director of Marketing for Karat Digital Press, North America. In his new position reporting to Karat President Steve Zunde, Bartram is responsible for planning and implementing all marketing programs for Karat in North America. In addition, Steve Zunde has assumed responsibility for sales in North America, following former VP of Sales and Marketing Doug Clott, who has left the company. Bartram brings 15 years of experience in the marketing of digital plates and pressroom products to his new post. Most recently he served as Worldwide Marketing Manager for CTP Systems at Kodak Polychrome Graphics. Before that, Bartram served as US Plate Marketing Director at Horsell/Anitec, an Account Manager at Agfa Gevaert and Senior Marketing Manager for Enco Printing Products. Bartram received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. "David Bartram brings a wealth of marketing experience that will help Karat realize the potential of the 74 Karat press in North America now that it is in commercial production.
