Danish clothing company BESTSELLER expands UV-printer assortment with Jeti Mira

Press release from the issuing company

After having bought two Anapurna UV-inkjet printers in 2014, Danish clothing company BESTSELLER A/S invested in Agfa Graphics’ Jeti Mira to increase its printing production capacity for marketing materials even further. The new printer enables them to diversify their offering and to insource print jobs.

Late 2014, BESTSELLER acquired an Anapurna M2500i and Anapurna M3200i RTR from Agfa Graphics as it was expanding its operations to a two-shift production. "This investment has given us the possibility to do larger poster jobs, to optimize our time-to-market and to achieve greater flexibility," says Henrik Dencker, Manager BESTSELLER Printhouse. "We use these printers for tasks that were previously outsourced, e.g. to Poland."

"With our latest investment in the Jeti Mira – which was installed in December 2015 – we achieved a further significant capacity growth. It enables us to insource numerous board printing jobs. And on top of that, we can produce more for our external B2B customers. The Jeti Mira enables us to offer a complete solution; whether it is printing foils, posters or plates, we can solve it. Also, we love being able to do specialties, such as printing with white ink or varnish".

Henrik Dencker is also emphasizing the saving of up to 40% on ink thanks to the high-pigmented Anuvia ink on the Jeti Mira: “The quality is outstanding with the thin ink layer technology.
