Bristol, UK - Drytac Europe, an international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the print, label and industrial markets, has announced its plans for FESPA Digital 2016, scheduled to take place at The Amsterdam RAI Exhibition Centre in The Netherlands between 8th and 11th March. The company and its senior representatives will be present in Hall 1 on stand E130 throughout the show.
At the event, Drytac will be debuting a new product: ViziPrint Illuminate film for vibrant backlit graphics; and highlighting a new floor graphics application for its Polar HiGrab vinyl.
ViziPrint Illuminate is a 100µ translucent matte PET film which has been developed for brilliant backlit window graphics and vibrant backlit displays for high-end retail advertising. It is suitable for both indoor and short-term outdoor applications.
With its advanced adhesion technology, ViziPrint Illuminate can be repositioned and reapplied multiple times upon installation and leaves no residue following removal. It is also very durable and does not require over-lamination.
Polar HiGrab for floor graphics applications
Additionally, Drytac will be highlighting a new floor graphics application for its Polar HiGrab vinyl. Printable by eco-solvent, latex and UV inkjet technologies, Polar HiGrab is coated on one side with a high tack pressure sensitive, solvent grey opaque acrylic adhesive.
Once printed, Polar HiGrab can be combined with Protac ScuffGuard laminate – a 150µ textured PVC protective over-laminate film with a matte finish offering superior anti-slip qualities and scuff resistance.
The company will also be showcasing its widest yet range of Polar Matched Components System (MCS) self-adhesive vinyls. Suitable for numerous medium-term indoor and outdoor graphics applications, the high quality Polar range of printable films are matched with Drytac’s range of clear over-laminates.
The films are printable by eco-solvent, latex and UV inkjet technologies and have an outdoor durability of up to 7 years, depending on the product. The range also benefits from Class 0 fire rating, making them ideal for applications in public areas requiring compliance to strict regulations.
Other solutions that Drytac will be focusing on include: DecorTac printable wallpaper for customised interior design applications; ReTac peelable films in a variety of thicknesses and finishes (including ReTac ChalkMate and ReTac Textures); and SpotOn spot-adhesive films for easy, bubble-free application.
As well as developing new solutions for its customers, Drytac has continued with its programme to expand the market reach of its products and now has a global presence with selected partners and distributors in all major regions. Due to the growing interest in Drytac solutions, the company continues to seek professional resale and distribution partners across the globe.
Finally, representatives from the company will also be happy to discuss Drytac’s custom coating business. With 40 years of coating experience, the company works in partnership with third parties to develop and deliver bespoke coating solutions for specific applications. These fully customised services cover solvent, water, hotmelt, microsphere, removable and window adhesive coatings – with runs starting from as few as 5000 linear metres.
