Prisco To Distribute Baldwins Prepac Cleaning Technology

June 18, 2004 -- Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. announces that it has signed a long term Private Label Consumables Distribution agreement with Printers’ Service Company (Prisco). This agreement will see Prisco distributing Baldwin’s patented and award winning PREPAC cleaning technology as the exclusive non-OEM distributor for the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America. Prisco will also have the non-exclusive rights to sell Baldwin cleaning systems and other products in the sheetfed market segment.
