Outlook Group Extends Contract with Service Graphics

Press release from the issuing company

NEENAH, Wis.--June 14, 2004-- Outlook Group Corp. today announced it has extended its current contract to provide direct mail services to Service Graphics, Inc. of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. through 2007. The contract is valued at approximately $1 million per year. Outlook Group will continue to provide direct mail solutions to Service Graphics on behalf of its client, a large national insurance company. Through a phone line set-up exclusively for the client's sizable base of insurance agents, Outlook Group will receive orders for direct mailings intended for prospective customers. The materials will be printed, personalized for each customer and distributed by Outlook Group. Outlook Group expects to produce about 40 million of the customized direct-mail pieces in the first year of the extended contract - a number that has steadily increased since the relationship began in the first quarter of 2003. "Outlook Group continues to provide Service Graphics with superior service at a highly competitive price. We especially value Outlook Group's ability to provide complete turnkey services from a single location," said Paul Nowicki, senior account executive for Service Graphics, Inc. "With all of these benefits, the obvious decision was to extend our contract with Outlook Group." "We are pleased to continue our relationship with a leading provider of high-level print production services," said Joseph J. Baksha, president and chief operating officer of Outlook Group. "The extension of our contract with Service Graphics is another step in our strategy to strengthen our business by expanding our long-term contracts. We appreciate the confidence of Service Graphics in extending our relationship into 2007."
