SANTA ANA, Calif.--June 7, 2004-- Digital Color Print, Inc, announced the restructuring of the management of the organization to accommodate the new growth and pending new product announcements. At a Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, 06/02/04, Mr. Victor Hollander was unanimously elected to fill a vacant Board seat. Mr. Hollander is a CPA and will head the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. Hollander has been a securities partner in two national accounting firms and is currently the Managing Director, West Coast Group, that specializes in auditing and accounting for small and middle market SEC reporting companies. In addition, Mr. Michael Brennan, Chairman and CEO, announced that Mr. Ed St.Amour was promoted to President and COO of the wholly owned subsidiary, and operational entity of the Corporation, Logical Imaging Solutions, Inc. (LIS). Mr. St.Amour was an original founder of LIS and has worked in this field and related technology fields for over 30 years. He is, additionally, also a member of the Board. LIS, founded in 1994, is committed to the development and production of high-speed digital commercial printing systems that are installed on offset printing presses. LIS's systems augment the capabilities of the printing press by providing the ability to print variable data such as barcodes, numbers, graphics, text, forms and now COLOR directly in line with conventional offset printing tasks at varying rates of speed.
