The Mosaica Group now offers a complete suite of dye-sublimation solutions

Press release from the issuing company

The Mosaica Group announces partnerships with Epson, Klieverik, GeoKnight and others in order to provide a complete line of dye-sublimation solutions from printers, inks, transfer papers, heat presses, fabric and other specialty substrates.  The addition of these products stems from industry growth in this segment and advancements in technology.  Demonstrations of dye-sublimation equipment are available upon request.

Dye-Sublimation Printers

The EPSON SureColor® F-Series provides a couple of dye-sublimation printer choices for different needs.  The Epson SureColor® F6200 dye-sublimation printer can add more revenue items with items like high-end athletic wear and swimsuits, to mouse pads and smartphone cases.  It is great for any high-performance, cut-and-sew apparel application or custom specialty product.  Meanwhile, the Epson SureColor® F7200 is a robust roll-to-roll dye-sublimation transfer printer for any polyester-based textile manufacturing or soft signage application.

The Klieverik GTC-SP model Flowline has been designed for the efficient production of single-piece transfer printing, but is also capable of cut sheet repeat jobs or roll-to-roll transfer printing.  All kinds of materials like woven, stretch, knits and non-woven can be printed with applications ranging from athletic apparel to door mats.  Also, this model can also flow transferred pieces to the front of the machine in order to make short-runs and sampling easy.

Heat Transfer Presses

Another partner, Geo Knight, has a specific model, Maxi Press Air.  It is an automatic large-format heat transfer press intended for more automated and high-pressure needs.  The Mosaica Group also carries an expansive line of all of their heat presses.

Consumables

Of course, in order to support this newest technology, The Mosaica Group supports the full functionality of dye-sublimation facilities including dye-sublimation ink, polyester rolls, heat transfer papers and other specialty substrates to finish your projects.
