Sun Prairie, Wisconsin – Royle Printing is pleased to announce a definitive merger agreement with W.D. Hoard & Sons, whereby W.D. Hoard’s printing business, located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, will be merged into Royle’s print operations. The merger will take place over the next 60 days; terms and conditions of the agreement were not disclosed.

The merger will allow Hoard’s print customers to take advantage of Royle’s very modern and efficient manufacturing platform. Chris Carpenter, President and Owner of Royle Printing remarked,

Hoard Printing has a good reputation and has worked hard to sustain the relationships they share with their customers. The newly combined team, led by Royle Printing, intends to maintain and hopefully grow these relationships through our enhanced service and capability offering.”

The merger comes in the wake of a recent expansion underway at Royle Printing, including the installation of a new Goss Sunday 2000 press. The expansion will be completed in early December 2015.
