Outlook Group Expands Business with Compact Industries, Inc.

NEENAH, Wis.--May 19, 2004-- Outlook Group Corp. today announced an agreement that expands its business with Compact Industries, Inc., a contract packaging company based in St. Charles, Ill. The new agreement gives Outlook Group an increase in business and a commitment to provide flexible packaging services for Compact Industries through June 2006. Outlook Group will provide flexible packaging for various products produced by Compact Industries for the food service industry and will continue to serve as the primary flexible packaging supplier for Compact Industries. "The new agreement provides stability in pricing and a high level of service to Compact Industries.
