Press release from the issuing company

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. – Vertis, the premier provider of targeted advertising, media, and marketing services, today announced the relocation of its Minneapolis facility to the city’s Mills District, and introduction of Forté, a creative service of Vertis, which will deliver photography and enhanced creative services. Located next to the restored Milwaukee Depot, the 6,500 sq. ft. premedia and advertising production space is directly above Forté’s 7,500 sq. ft. photography and creative studio at 500 Washington Avenue South, allowing personnel to work closely together. This new environment will inspire even greater creativity as the Mills District is the site of the city’s budding cultural center, which includes the Mill City Museum and Guthrie Theater’s three-stage complex, scheduled for completion in 2006. “This new location and the addition of Forté provides Vertis with additional resources to inspire and produce innovative creative,” says Brian Rindal, senior vice president, premedia operations for Vertis East. “Our clients will benefit from enhanced collaboration through all aspects of their advertising production, from shooting and photoillustration to page layout, color engineering, and digital asset and project management solutions. Creativity and efficiency translates directly to increased speed to market and ROI.” “We pride ourselves in being a truly versatile studio,” comments Laura Mowers, studio director for Forté and Vertis. “Our talented pool of photographers and stylists can handle just about any type of creative project. And since 90 percent of our work is now digital, we can maintain the highest quality control and creative vision from concept to completion.” With the addition of Forté as a creative service of Vertis, clients will have access to talented photographers such as John Mowers, recognized for his food photography, tabletop product shots, on-location shooting, and image capture of motorcycles.
