IWCO Unveils a New Name, New Look and Expansion Plans
Press release from the issuing company
Chanhassen, MN (May 11, 2004) —The Instant Web Companies (IWCO), an integrated direct mail services company, today launched its new branding initiative, which includes an updated company name and enhanced corporate identity. The new name, IWCO Direct, better reflects the company’s focus on direct mail. IWCO Direct’s turnkey solution offers creative services, print, promotional plastics, envelope conversion and mailing services for direct marketers from one primary location – a total package solution that no other direct mail company can offer.
“These changes communicate our ability to provide our customers with a full range of integrated services that deliver tangible results,” said Jim Andersen, president and CEO. “As we continue to grow our business, it is important that we reinforce our specialized focus on providing direct mail like no one else to our customers and to the marketplace.”
In addition to enhancing its corporate identity, IWCO Direct continues the expansion of its services and capacity with technology and equipment additions planned for later this year. “The capital investments we made in 2003 improved our throughput and helped us gain market share with leading direct marketers,” said Tom Wicka, Executive Vice President–Marketing and Sales. “We continue to see solid opportunities for growth and we are excited about the installations we have planned that will both expand capacity and drive response rates for customers.”
As part of the company’s branding strategy, IWCO Direct also updated its Web site to better reflect its ability to offer a single resource for a customer’s entire direct mail package. The new Web site, www.iwco.com, features a fresh look, easier navigation and improved functionality.
IWCO Direct, headquartered in Chanhassen, Minn., has served the needs of North American direct marketers for more than 35 years. IWCO Direct provides direct mail like no one else by seamlessly integrating direct mail services from a primary campus resulting in streamlined production for all components – printing, plastics, envelope conversion and mailing services. IWCO Direct’s industry experience and technology along with proprietary P.O.S.T.
