PARSIPPANY, N.J., USA – During the West Pack Conference, Roy Bjorlin, the global commercial director of electronic materials at Sun Chemical, will discuss how new electronic materials solutions can help packaging labels communicate, engage consumers, manage inventory systems, and provide brand authentication solutions.

The presentation entitled “New & Intelligent Labeling Technologies-Enabling Truly Smart Labels” will be held at 1:45 p.m. on February 10^th at the Anaheim Convention Center. Bjorlin will talk about where the overall directional change in the label space is headed, display a variety of intelligent label options, and explore label innovations in the medical, pharma and consumer packaging industries.

Sun Chemical and T+Ink recently teamed up to form T+Sun, which offers packaging technologies which can help provide new user experiences and functionality to electronic packaging through such products as smart labels and Touchcode, an embedded code that when touched to a smart device, activates a range of options, including security and web interaction.
