APT Names Alfred Jagusch, Jr. General Manager for Elmira, New York Division

Moonachie, NJ, April 29, 2004— Applied Printing Technologies (APT) announced today that Al Jagusch will be joining the company as general manager of the company’s Elmira, New York division. Jagusch’s primary responsibility will be to direct day-to-day operations of the printing plant. Jagusch brings to APT over 20 years of professional management experience in manufacturing and print production, sales management, capital equipment purchasing and profit and loss responsibilities. Most recently, Jagusch was manufacturing and product manager for Professional Offset Printing Service (POP Printing) in Tucson, AZ, where he was responsible for daily manufacturing operations, quality control and employee training on all types of web inline finishing and special web digital systems equipment. Jagusch has a distinguished background in the web and inline markets having held various executive sales and operations positions for market leading companies including Form Flo Equipment Manufacturers, Graphic Enterprises, North American Graphics, Inc., Concord Litho, Webcraft and Blava. He has an in-depth understanding of offset/flexo and digital manufacturing operations and is skilled in improving productivity, equipment design and employee and customer relations. “Al brings valuable experience and knowledge to APT,” said Carl Grossman, president and CEO of APT. “His extensive experience with web printing solutions will enable us to respond to our customers’ need for increasingly fast turn-around and cost-efficiency.
