O'Connor has more than a decade of association management experience, including a role as Executive Director of Forum 400, an elite group of life insurance producers. O'Connor has worked with a diverse array of organizations in multiple industries. Prior to her role with PSDA, O'Connor served as operations manager for the Legal Marketing Association and the Decorative Plumbing and Hardware Association. She also served as Executive Director for a separate legal association, and was instrumental in the merger of three HP user groups into the group now known as Connect.
