PARSIPPANY, N.J. – Sun Chemical’s legal department was named a “Legal Department of the Year” in Corporate Counsel magazine, a publication included in the New Jersey Law Journal, in the category of “Outside Counsel Management.”

Sun Chemical’s legal department received the award because of its philosophy of maintaining the inside-outside counsel relationship one of total collaboration. The department, which includes nine attorneys, a team of intellectual property professionals and support staff, takes a hands-on approach to managing outside counsel.

The Sun Chemical legal department will be recognized for their achievement during an awards dinner held on November 6^th at the Newark Club.
