Event Feedback

Jimmy Levin noted, “This was our best attended APC meeting in many years. We were sold out for over two months, and at standing room only for the meeting. Every attendee wanted to learn about this new 3D and enhanced printing. It was great to show the future of 3D printing, but even better to have Scodix showing how its technology can give a 3D enhanced effect to the printed sheets that our members are designing, buying and producing today.”

Cheryl Kahanec, Executive Vice President of Earth Color, was quoted saying: “We recently installed a Scodix and we were pleased with the great response to the Scodix samples, that we were invited to bring and present to every attendee. The sample books featured a dozen Scodix enhanced prints, and the cover was personalized in Scodix with each attendee’s name, which generated a lot of positive comments. We are seeing the same excitement about Scodix from our current customers and prospects.”

Barry Walsh, Business Development Manager for Scodix said, “Everyone is excited about 3D and enhanced printing. What they can be designing and selling today, is everyday printed products, which can then be digitally enhanced with Scodix to give a 3D sculptured and enhanced effect. Since each sheet is RIP’ed and printed as its own job, it can be personalized right down to a unit of one, at up to 1250 sheets an hour. Scodix is a great way for print providers and designers to offer practical 3D and enhanced printing, today.”
