The Customer Communications Conference is well received

Lutz, FL – Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced that the participation at their 2014 User Conference and Vendor Forum, Xploration^® 14, exceeded expectations. Xploration^® 14 was held in Orlando, Florida from March 25^th to March 27^th.  

The event featured over 60 educational sessions, general sessions, and a vendor forum. For the fourth year in a row the vendor forum, featuring 34 leading providers of document technology products and services, once again sold out. The conference also hosted daily networking events, two keynote speakers, a new Customer Engagement Program and pre-conference training provided by Madison Advisors and acadami.

For 2014, the conference Education Committee placed more focus on user experiences as part of the agenda, resulting in more end user presentations featuring real world experience and best practices.

“We are happy with the results of the 2014 event. There were a lot of variables this year with changing venues, format, logistics and content, but it came off perfectly.” said Skip Henk, EDP, President and CEO of Xplor. “We look forward to a successful Xploration^® 15.”  Xploration^® 15 is scheduled for April 14-16^th in Orlando. Final details will be announced in the coming weeks. 

Xploration^® 14 attendance was up slightly at 358 registered attendees. Beyond the regular Xplor attendees were a great number of people who were first time attendees or had not attended for several years. Attendees came from nine countries around the world including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Iceland, Italy, Sweden, and the United States.
