Independent Research Firm Cites Quark as a Contender in Document Output for Customer Communications Management

Denver, CO - Quark Software Inc. was among the select companies that Forrester Research, Inc. invited to participate in its January 2014 report, “The Forrester Wave™: Document Output For Customer Communications Management, Q1 2014.” For the report Forrester evaluated 11 document output for customer communication management (DOCCM) vendors across 26 criteria. In this evaluation, Quark was cited as a contender in document output for customer communications management.

According to the report, a contender offers “price and service alternatives,” and “may be a good fit for enterprises looking to solve specific DOCCM problems.”
