The Envelope Manufacturers Association Announces New Board Members

NOVEMBER 20 2003, ALEXANDRIA, VA...The Envelope Manufacturers Association has announced the candidates selected to serve on its board of directors. Each member will serve a three-year term. The new board members are as follows: James Andersen - Mr. Andersen is the president and CEO of The Instant Web Companies in Chanhassen, Minnesota, a position he's held since April 1999. Mr. Andersen has over 20 years of experience in the printing industry. For 13 years, he was with Banta Corporation, including three as the president of Banta Information Services Group & Global Turnkey. He also spent eight years with Banta Direct Marketing Group as executive vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Andersen serves on the boards of the Printing Industry of Minnesota and Minnesota Business Partnership. Mark Lemberger - Mr. Lemberger is the president and CEO of Western States Envelope Corp. in Butler, Wisconsin. Mr. Lemberger has been with Western States since 1971. He started as a sales representative and worked his way up to vice president of sales and marketing, executive vice president and then to his current position as president. He is also a member of their board of directors. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Envelope Institute of America. David Stevens - Mr. Stevens is the marketing director at John Dickinson Stationery in Sawston, Cambridge, United Kingdom. Mr. Stevens is an experienced marketing and sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is a past chairman of the FEPE Marketing Committee and is a FEPE board member. Mr. Stevens is also involved with SHOPA. Robert Tees - Mr. Tees is the general manager for Mac Paper Converting in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Tees started in converting in 1977 as a gravure press operator as well as in paper and film coatings for Burroughs Corporation. In 1981, he joined Boise Cascade Envelope Division in several capacities. In 1989, he was promoted to production manager for Mail-Well. He joined Mac Paper Converters in 1990 as assistant general manager and was promoted to general manager in 1996. Robert Muma, the incoming chairman of the EMA board of directors said, "I look forward to serving on the board with such distinguished and highly regarded people in our industry.
