Standard Register Appoints New Officers

DAYTON, Ohio - Standard Register announced today that its board of directors has appointed four new officers of the company: Greg Greve, executive vice president, Enterprise Delivery; Joseph L. Klenke, executive vice president, Advanced Technology and Channels; Jeffery L. Moder, executive vice president, Corporate Marketing; and Amy Reilly, executive vice president, Organizational Effectiveness.

"These executives are part of a core team of leaders that is shaping and executing our strategy and engaging our employees to participate productively," said Joseph P. Morgan, Jr., president and chief executive officer. "Standard Register is fortunate to have these experienced and talented individuals, and I am grateful for their counsel and support as we transform the Company to enhance our traditional business with solutions to manage communications and marketing workflow, deliver content through multiple communication channels and apply analytics to measure campaigns and satisfaction."

Greg Greve is responsible for overall operations, including manufacturing, customer service, logistics and distribution, technical services and development and engineering. Most recently, he led the formation of the digital distribution Center of Excellence in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Greve joined Standard Register in 2006 as vice president of Sourcing, and served as vice president of Customer Service and Supply Chain Management from 2008 through 2010 before being promoted to his current responsibility set. Prior to joining Standard Register, he managed supply chain and technology strategy engagements with multi-national manufacturers and retailers as a management consultant withCSC Consulting. He began his career and spent more than 10 years with Dow Chemical, where he provided business and economic analysis, and managed supply chain operations in the Plastics and Hydrocarbons business units. Greve holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in marketing and transportation and logistics management from The Ohio State University.

Joe Klenke leads the company's efforts to accelerate growth opportunities outside its existing sales and delivery channels. He is responsible for the company's international and alternative channel partners programs, as well as strategy, product development and sales of in-mold labeling and advanced material science products and services. He is currently leading efforts on a number of innovative products and solutions that can benefit customers across vertical markets. Klenke has been with Standard Register for 26 years. He previously served as president of the company's Commercial business unit and vice president of Manufacturing, where he oversaw all manufacturing operations, and has held a variety of roles in Manufacturing, Print on Demand Services, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. Klenke holds a Bachelor of Arts in marketing and management from Wilmington College.

Jeff Moder is responsible for corporate level marketing initiatives, as well as leading the company's Promotional Marketing business. He joined Standard Register in August 2013 when the company acquired WorkflowOne. He is currently deeply involved in the transformation of the company's go-to-market approach and deployment of new sales and marketing automation technologies to accelerate business growth. Moder joined WorkflowOne in 2001 and held various positions of increasing authority in Sales and Sales Operations, including vice president of Sales Strategy and Support and vice president of Healthcare before being named chief marketing officer in 2010. Prior to joining WorkflowOne, Moder was a principal at Prograde Technologies, a start-up healthcare technology company. From 1985 through 1995 he held sales and sales leadership positions with UARCO Inc., a document management company that was acquired by Standard Register in 1996.

Amy Reilly is responsible for providing the design and implementation of all human resources strategies including: workforce planning, organization and leadership development, compensation and benefits, employee communications, employee relations, staffing, mergers and acquisitions, labor relations, environmental, health and safety, facilities and security. She works closely with the CEO, board of directors and the Governance & Compensation Committees on executive compensation and development processes for the organization. Reilly began her career with Standard Register in 1994 and has held a variety of human resources leadership positions within the company. Prior to her experience at Standard Register, Reilly was an account executive for Entre' The Human Resource, a human resources consulting firm. Reilly currently serves on the board of directors of the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Reilly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications fromBowling Green State University.
