The Graphic Communication Institute at Cal Poly is conducting a study on what people think of media in their lives. It is entitled: WHAT DOES MEDIA MEAN TO YOU?
We often hear that “print is dead” or that the Internet is the future. This study looks at what people think about their media options. The results will be of interest to publishers, printers, website developers, educators, parents, advertisers, marketers, media buyers, media users, and others.
It will be of interest to groups competing for the public's attention and will "paint a picture" of the future use of media. It will be relevant for corporate strategic planning and for curriculum development in education.
